1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 6lll website accessible at 6lll.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered thereon.
• "6lll", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operators of the 6lll platform and all associated entities responsible for its operation and management.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the 6lll platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a player on the 6lll platform, which holds the player's personal information, balance, betting history, and preference settings.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account at any given time, including deposited funds, bonus funds (subject to wagering requirements), and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, match deposit bonuses, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by 6lll as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate amount of real-money bets that must be placed by a player before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transaction currency of the 6lll platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

Use of the 6lll platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and use a 6lll account if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be so throughout your use of the platform. 6lll enforces a strict 21+ age policy with zero exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 6lll or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from using the 6lll platform or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by 6lll's own enforcement action.
• You are a natural person (an individual human being) and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress, coercion, or any form of impairment that would render you unable to make free and informed decisions about gambling.

6lll reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — from any player at any time, without providing prior notice or a reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 6lll services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number.

You are permitted to hold one account only on the 6lll platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different device identities — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice, all balances will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point. 6lll will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you, including losses resulting from failed verification checks or incorrect payment routing.

You must keep your account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 6lll will not be held responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

6lll may at its sole discretion decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration on the platform does not guarantee ongoing access to all services; 6lll reserves the right to restrict access to specific games, betting markets, or features based on player location, account status, or verification level.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6lll platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform does not currently support multi-currency accounts; all balances, transactions, and statements are displayed in BDT.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 6lll is ৳200. Deposits made via approved payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are typically credited to the player's account in real time or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. 6lll does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are entirely outside 6lll's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days of submission, subject to identity verification checks being complete and no active account investigations being in progress. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid only to payment accounts registered in the player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6lll reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including source-of-funds declarations, bank statements, or payment account screenshots — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing on the part of the player.

All deposits must be used for genuine betting activity before a withdrawal is processed. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without placing any bets constitutes suspicious activity and may result in a temporary hold on the account pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6lll offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general terms, the specific promotional term prevails.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 6lll promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of crediting. Any bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets that are eligible for bonus wagering as specified in the promotional terms. Certain high-RTP games and live casino tables may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 6lll platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are published within the game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The following general betting rules apply across all 6lll services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after the point of confirmation except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market.
• 6lll reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on the basis of an erroneous price, corrupted game result, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6lll platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally prohibited, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the accounts of other players, the 6lll administrative systems, or any third-party systems connected to the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided and the player will be required to return any funds withdrawn as a result.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after receiving gambling services from 6lll. All outstanding amounts will be pursued through available legal channels.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6lll customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6lll platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, games, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6lll or its licensors (including third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6lll platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 6lll platform without prior written consent from 6lll.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Indirect losses including loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or reputational damage.

The 6lll platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 6lll makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, or any other matter, you must contact 6lll support at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

6lll reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

In cases of account closure for rule violations, 6lll reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the account pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, the retained balance may be permanently forfeited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

6lll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published at 6lll.io/terms-conditions and will be marked with the effective date of the latest revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 6lll platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended term, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with clause 13.

Where a change to these Terms & Conditions materially affects your rights as a player, 6lll will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. This is provided as a courtesy — the effective date published on the terms document itself governs the timing of any change.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing 6lll from Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is compliant with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
